\u201eDie drei\u00dfig Meter hohe Nuraghen sind nach den \u00e4gyptischen Pyramiden die h\u00f6chsten Geb\u00e4ude der Welt.
\nSie sind ein Symbol f\u00fcr die au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen architektonischen F\u00e4higkeiten der damaligen sardischen Kultur\u201c.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Was sind Nuraghen und welchen Zweck erf\u00fcllten sie?
\nZwischen 1700 und 1800 v. Chr. wurden auf Sardinien diese \u201eNuraghi\u201c genannten Steinbauten mit bis zu vier Meter breiten Mauern errichtet. Einige hatten zwei oder mehr Ebenen mit \u00fcbereinander liegenden kreisf\u00f6rmigen Kammern. Es handelte sich um wahre Festungsanlagen mit einem zentralen Turm und weiteren T\u00fcrmen, die von Mauern umgeben waren. Die Nuraghen wurden entlang der K\u00fcstenlinie der Insel gebaut, in der N\u00e4he von Anlegestellen und M\u00fcndungen von Fl\u00fcssen und B\u00e4chen: Den nat\u00fcrlichen Wegen ins Innere des Landes. Sie wurden auch auf H\u00fcgelkuppen errichtet, um Weiden zu verteidigen, und in strategischen Positionen, um das Gebiet zu kontrollieren. Sie waren in der Tat \u201ebefestigte Bauernh\u00f6fe\u201c, die nicht nur das Territorium bewachten, sondern auch als Lager f\u00fcr Nahrungsmittel dienten.<\/p>\n
