Die Viehzucht<\/strong> in der Gallura konzentriert sich vor allem auf Rinder, Ziegen und Schweine und ist \u00fcberwiegend station\u00e4r. Im Gebiet des Monte Acuto hingegen werden Schafe, Ziegen und Schweine meistens nach der Tradition der Wanderviehwirtschaft gehalten. Hier, inmitten unber\u00fchrter Weiden, die von den Essenzen der mediterranen Macchia gepr\u00e4gt sind, stellt die Weidewirtschaft eine der lokalen Haupteinkommensquellen dar. Gerade aus der Viehzucht stammen einige der schmackhaftesten typischen Produkte<\/a>: K\u00e4se, Wurstwaren und Fleisch. In der traditionellen Lebensweise der Stazzi wurde dem Schwein eine besondere Stellung einger\u00e4umt. Seine Schlachtung wurde zu einem geselligen Ereignis, an dem nicht nur die Familie, sondern auch Freunde und Verwandte teilnahmen, wie es f\u00fcr die gallurische Kultur der Gemeinsamkeit typisch ist. .<\/p>\n
