Der Schafsk\u00e4se mit seinem s\u00fc\u00dfen oder w\u00fcrzigen Geschmack, je nachdem, ob er frisch oder gereift ist, ist der sardische K\u00e4se schlechthin, und zwar so sehr, dass der <strong>Pecorino Sardo DOP<\/strong> (gesch\u00fctze Ursprungsbezeichnung) die kulturelle Identit\u00e4t der Region verk\u00f6rpert. <strong>Fiore Sardo DOP<\/strong>, ein sehr alter K\u00e4se, dr\u00fcckt ebenfalls die tiefe Verbundenheit dieses Landes mit der Hirtentradition aus. <strong>Unter den Kuhmilchk\u00e4sen<\/strong> sind der <strong>Peretta di Pattada<\/strong>, ein Pasta-Filata-K\u00e4se mit der typischen Form einer Birne, und der <strong>Panedda<\/strong>, ein Pasta-Filata-K\u00e4se mit einem milden Aroma und der typischen Form eines Brotlaibs, zu empfehlen. Ein weiterer typischer K\u00e4se ist der s\u00fc\u00dfe oder gesalzene Frischk\u00e4se aus Schafsmilch, der sog. Ricotta: <strong>Ricotta must\u00eca<\/strong> ist ein gesalzener Ricotta mit einem s\u00fc\u00dfen und leicht rauchigen Geschmack, w\u00e4hrend der <strong>Ricotta gentile<\/strong> einen milden Geschmack hat und normalerweise innerhalb weniger Tage nach der Herstellung verzehrt wird. Weniger stark vertreten sind Ziegenk\u00e4se, <strong>die aus der Milch freilebender<\/strong>Ziegen hergestellt werden und sich durch einen besonders authentischen Geschmack auszeichnen. <strong>Die typischen Wurstwaren der Gallura<\/strong> zeichnen sich durch ihren k\u00f6stlichen Geschmack und ihre besondere Beschaffenheit aus, die sich am Gaumen in einem wahren Feuerwerk von Aromen entfalten: nicht zu vergessen der Pancetta arrotolata (gerollter Bauchspeck), die Salsiccia (Wurst), der Lardo (ein besonders gereifter, fetter Speck), die Lonza (Lendenschinken) und die Salami.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=&#8220;&#8220;
