With its 1,700 residents, Viddalba is a village that preserves Gallura’s language and traditions. It is located to the south of Badesi, a few minutes from the splendid beaches of the Gulf of Asinara, and is an all-year-round destination for sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. In the past, its main resource was agriculture; nowadays, the village is also based on tourism and craftsmanship. In Viddalba, festivals and celebrations are accompanied by traditional rhythms and garments: they provide the chance to taste Gallura-style soup, meat, cheese, and wines.
