SAN GIACOMO AND SAN GIUSEPPE TOWN PARKS
Chiesa di San Giacomo 2

San Giacomo is a town park located less than a kilometre from the centre of Sant’Antonio di Gallura.

Along the road leading to Lake Liscia, the park of San Giacomo features a wood of holly oaks, cork oaks, and centuries-old wild olives. The land was gifted to the community of Sant’Antonio by the Pala family in order to create a welcoming and entertaining meeting place for all citizens.

San Giuseppe is a slice of heaven that often hosts celebrations and events, and it is also frequented by many visitors, tourists, and trekkers.

Built between the 1800s and the 1900s, this town park is surrounded by granite rocks and woods of holly oaks and features a church dedicated to St. Joseph. It is equipped with a large dance floor, many granite tables with seats around the church, and a wide kitchen to prepare typical dishes during the celebration dedicated to the saint.
