Located near Porto Cervo, the lighthouse of Capo Ferro was built in the 1800s and has been operational since 1858. Among the most fascinating lighthouses of Sardinia, it consists of a white, cylindrical tower at around 50 metres above sea level. Contrarily to the old lighthouse and the red one located in the same area, the lighthouse of Capo Ferro cannot be visited, but it still offers a oneof-a-kind chance to appreciate a unique trait of Costa Smeralda featuring high, dark cliffs.
