Crystal-clear sea, dramatic coastline, steep cliffs, castles, wide beaches, and country roads\u2019, explains Marshall.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Among the filming locations selected in Gallura, we can find Cala Moresca (Golfo Aranci), a beach on the northeastern coast with a fishing pier, and a cove, where the scenes set in the fishing village and around the castle pier were shot. The shore of Rena Majore (Aglientu) was chosen as the set for Ariel\u2019s beach: this was the filming location for the iconic scenes where Ariel saves Eric and surfaces to get on the rock.
