Esta caracter\u00edstica se refleja tambi\u00e9n en los medios subacu\u00e1ticos, donde la diversa flora garantiza una gran variedad de peces. En los ambientes terrestres, adem\u00e1s de encinas y diversos alcornoques (como el alcornoque), est\u00e1n bien representados los arbustos, que contribuyen a la formaci\u00f3n del maquis mediterr\u00e1neo: brezo, jara, lentisco, acebo, enebro y mirto (a partir de los cuales se elaboran tambi\u00e9n algunos licores y amargos t\u00edpicos de Gallura y Cerde\u00f1a en
