CAPO D’ORSO

Capo d’Orso is a pink-coloured rock at 120 metres above sea level. The action of wind and water shaped it for millennia, lending it the unique form of a bear – hence the name – that silently watches over the area of Palau. This panoramic viewpoint can be reached following a coast path of only 500 metres, with a slight difference in height that makes it suitable even for non-expert hikers. Nevertheless, the view of the coast from Capo d’Orso is priceless. Moreover, at the foot of the promontory lie two fascinating beaches – including Cala Inglese – as well as L’Isolotto and Cala Tirana.

A masterpiece created by nature, Capo d’Orso is a unique place to observe the surrounding landscape.
